Freshdesk is one of the main leading online cloud-based customer service software. One of their main features is their ticketing system. Though, traditional phone calls are insufficient when problems occur. For this reason, eyeson steps in and provides Freshdesk with video support. Together, they provide virtual guidance & help.

Please note:  you need an eyeson account for using eyeson from Freshdesk.

Click on this link to get directly to the Freshdesk Marketplace. Click on the app. The following window appears:

Now click install. Freshdesk will ask you to sign in if you haven't done so far. 

Great! After eyeson has been installed, it can be used straight away. You can simply send an invitation to your customers within the ticket or via email, etc. The customers do not need an account or have to insert personal data. They only have to click on the link - then the video chat is automatically started. So simple 😉
