eyeson provides an unlimited free trial version before deciding to purchase a Pro/Corporate license. The free trial version offers enough services for customers to try out eyeson group video calls properly. Therefore, we highly recommend to try out the product before purchasing.

As eyeson offers a "try-before-you-buy" product, refunds will be approved only under the accepted circumstances (see below). If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back guarantee period or in case it's classified as one of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be provided.

2. No money-back guarantee

As eyeson offers the free trial before purchasing, we generally don't refund in the following situations: 

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product or its functions. It is highly recommended that every client reads the product description. Moreover, every customer should take advantage of the free eyeson trial to get acquainted with the tool. Please note: eyeson does not refund money if the product fails to meet the customer's needs and expectations due to a lack of understanding by the customer.
  • Purchase of the wrong license key which has been already activated. We only refund the money if the key has not been activated so far.
  • In case of credit card fraud,  theft, misuse or other unauthorized payment. As eyeson works with an independent payment platform (FastSpring), it is impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, we recommend to contact the credit card issuer. 
  • Prices differences between different regions or other companies.
  • By reason of incompatibility with the operating system. Since the system can be tried out beforehand, the user is able to test if eyeson is compatible with the preferred operating system.
  • Price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
  • In case of technical troubles. Customers are supposed to cooperate with the eyeson support team to provide detailed information, screenshots and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate.
  • In case of"change of mind" after purchase.

3. Circumstances of eligible refund

We refund in the following situations:

  • Purchase of the same team license twice at the same time. With confirmation of the eyeson support team, we will refund one of the products.
  • The customer doesn't receive their key license activation code within 72 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the eyeson support team, and has not received a timely response (within 72 hours) from the eyeson support team after getting in touch. In this case, we will refund the customer's order if they want to.
  • Purchase of a "wrong product" (for example, pro team license instead of a corporate team license), and then purchase of the correct product from our company. In this case, we will refund the price of the "wrong product".
  • Within 30 days, no solution has provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, we will refund the purchase if the customer requests.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
