First you need to know that you can only delete your account if there is no license active. Otherwise the account delete feature is blocked. So please cancel all license subscriptions first.

Account deletion can only be done when you log in to the eyeson website on your mobile or desktop browser. Delete account is not supported in the mobile apps which would be available in the stores.

On your desktop

After you are logged in on the web, please open your profile settings.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you wil find the delete account button.

On your mobile phone

After you are logged in, please open your profile settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you wil find the delete account button.

Starting the User Account Delete Process

Simply start the process by clicking the Delete Account button. You will receive an e-mail for delete confirmation. 

Please check your inbox for the following mail.

After your e-mail confirmation your account will be deleted. If successfully done you will get the following confirmation.
